The SSCOR DCell Suction device is the world’s first and only full size portable suction device powered by off-the-shelf alkaline batteries. No need for charging!
This makes it ideal when external power sources are not available due to location (away from wall power) or power outage.
Plugged into its optional external converter, it can be used plugged in to the AC outlet on the wall. In this mode, the batteries are bypassed, preserving them for mobile use. The batteries can also be preserved on the move by plugging the DC power cord into a vehicle vacuum system!
Fresh D Cell alkaline batteries, can run the device on battery only power for 6-9 hours* before the batteries need to be changed. Changing to fresh D Cell alkaline batteries takes about one minute and provides another 6 – 9 hours of run time.
The DCell provides powerful medical vacuum that can be controlled for more delicate procedures such as tracheal suction in adults and neonates. A quarter turn of the regulator gives you any vacuum level between <50 mm Hg and > 525 mm Hg. Airflow is > 30 lpm.
Backed by a New 5 Year Warranty!
Batteries not included.
*Run time is defined as the period of time that the device generates more than 300 mmHg negative pressure. Total run time typically varies between 6-9 hours. These run time specifications are based upon tests using new Duracell® CopperTop batteries. Run time will vary depending on battery manufacturer, state of the charge, ambient temperature, and age of the batteries.
