Shipping & Returns
A new, ununopened device or part may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with authorization from SSCOR. Batteries cannot be returned for credit unless it is a defective item.
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers returning product to SSCOR, Inc. must be responsible for the return shipping costs. SSCOR, Inc. will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (incorrect or defective item, etc.).
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be used for all returns. Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any returns.
Please provide your order number and details about the product(s) involved. We will process your return as quickly as possible. You should expect to receive a refund within 30 business days of your shipment.
Return of Defective Products
Items contaminated with bodily fluids cannot be returned to SSCOR, Inc. due to federal shipping regulations.
Orders placed on shop.sscor.com can ship to all 50 United States. Shop.sscor.com does not accept international orders at this time.
When placing an order at shop.sscor.com there may be options for free shipping at different times. This option will not always be available and may be used for special offers or promotions. The shopping cart allows customers to use their own UPS or FedEx account number if desired.
Shipping rates are based on current rates through UPS or FedEx.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on that products description page at shop.sscor.com. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
