The S-SCORT III Charger with LED battery indicator works exclusively with the S-SCORT III (model 74000) and plugs into a standard outlet.
The charger charges the battery only. The unit will not run off of the charger.
The LED battery indicator on the charger will show red when charging the battery and will change to green once the battery is charged. SSCOR recommends that the S-SCORT III remain on charge when not in use, even if the LED battery indicator of the charger is green. The battery will not overcharge.
One other note: The charger’s default light color is green. It changes to red when plugged into the device and back to green once the battery is charged.
